1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days (estimated delivery time)

Free Shipping Orders Over $250.00 + HST: 3-9 business day (estimated delivery time)

In-Store Pickup: Available within business hours of order confirmation.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. You will be able to review the shipping charges before completing your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Keep an eye on our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any discounts or free shipping offers.
3. Processing Time
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be longer than usual. We will notify you if there is a delay in processing your order.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to Canada and the USA.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international addresses at this time
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (or SMS, if selected) to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. In-Store Pickup
For local customers, we offer in-store pickup. After your order is processed, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. You can pick up your order at our store location during business hours.
Store Location: 400 Martha Street, Burlington, ON
Pickup Hours: Mon- Fri 10:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately at modernyoumedical@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the process to arrange a replacement or a refund. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and products for quicker resolution.
8. Change of Address
Once an order is placed and processed, we can not accommodate any changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
